Single Purpose

Ricoh, wants to stay ahead of the competion by selling integrated solutions to their clients in the learning vertical. Ricoh will keep ahead of the curb by spotting, developing and marketing innovative solutions that give added value. They envision to sell learning services as a core business, and sell hardware (current core products) as add-ons.

Case study

As Ricoh Learning Services is a new business unit, they are setting up their products / solutions portfolio. One of the things they see necessary is to improve learning in companies and institutions by having an open communication channel on an app (mobile), for people to keep learning somehow
